Life coaching is a powerful process, in which a person is supported, encouraged, and guided towards a higher level of fulfilment. The role of the coach is to help the client analyse where they currently are in their life, decide where they would rather be and explore possible ways of achieving their goals.

Although the process involves some reflection upon past events to achieve a better understanding of what is important in the client's life it is essentially an actions based, forward looking process, designed to help the client get what they want out of life.

Effective and dynamic collaboration, between coach and client, lies at the heart of life coaching.  Sessions may be conducted face to face, or over the telephone and are usually scheduled for 1 hours  duration.  The process is open ended and coaching can continue as long as the client wishes.  However, most client find that a great deal can be achieved in between 6 to 10 sessions, although it is possible to make significant changes in as few as 4 sessions.
